    Is this exercise routine ok ?

    is this healthy or am I over doing it? I jog 4 miles a day 5 days a week. I play indoor soccer another day, and i relax on Firdays. I tend to walk about 1/4 of it and jog the other 3/4's. I am getting married this December and want to shift the weight. I eat lots of fish (prawns, sardines, cod)...
