Just wondering which would be better for making. the pigments look wet and make the color show more. I know if you wet the brush the pigment will be more intense in color. If you have tried either please help me.. i don't wan't to buy both..

I changed my dirty pad in front of this guy, I had just met.. And handed him the wrapper to throw away???? He gave me a funny look but didn't say anything.
