    2001 beetle manual tranmission jerks 2.0 engine....?

    hello i have a 01 volkswagen beetle 2.0 engine, when going up hill at arround 15 mph if i put in in second gear and try accelerate the cars jumps like crazy. it happens in any gear i have to rmp the car to no less than 3000 rmps if i dont the car jumps like a wild horse what could cause this...
