    How often to exercise?

    How many times a week and how long each time? :\ I'm sort of a beginner at the gym, but I used to play volleyball a whole lot. I'd like to lose weight though.

    And for how long? Any specifics on which time of the day is best, what food to eat before a workout and stuff like that. WORKOUT TIPS PLEASE :) I would like to lose weight by summer.
