    books required for yoga or tai chi class?

    i'm going to take these 2 classes in a university, does any one think they'll require me to buy books for the 2 classes? o_0 i'm thinking i only have to buy a yoga mat and clean new socks.

    Good reasons to read books?

    Now with bunch of informational websites and educational tv-shows, are there good reasons to read educational books? I want to read some books but I just can't seem to start reading page 1 !! help!!!!!!!!! i need motivation =(
