    Pressing the "X" at the bottom of Photo Booth (where your photo/video history is taken) sends the file to the trash. Empty the trash, and you should be good to go (if you want to delete it from your Time Machine backups, go to Pictures>Photo Booth to see all of the photos and videos you've taken...
