    Why does clean audio sometimes get crackly when imported into an fla (Flash) file?

    I give clean and noise-free audio files to my designer to add to fla files. He embeds the audio and delivers an swf. Sometimes the sound gets crackly with lots of static... but the noise is NOT in the mp3 I provide. Where does the noise come from... and how can I avoid this? Thank you!
