i discovered this problem right from my childhood, and it low my self esteem,i need best answer before it is too late

I have the above TV, when i turn it on a see a slight image on half the screen for a couple of seconds and then it goes blank. The sound is okay. I have tried reconnecting all the scart cables ,but that has not worked. Is there anything else I can try?Is it the tube? And if it is roughly how...
