    How much is too much when writing about "intimate moments"?

    Okay, so yes, this question is about how to best write sex scenes. I don't know how to be descriptive enough without being to vulgar. If you can, give me some excerpts or advice of some sex scenes that are well written. I'd appreciate it!

    Readers: What is something that one of your favorite authors have done that annoyed you?

    For me, it was in Nicholas Sparks' book A Bend In The Road. 2 of the big characters in the story are named Miles and Missy. They both started with "Mi" and when I would be reading quickly, I'd often get them confused. This really bugged me.
