    Do we need to use a primer with sealer when painting over new drywall?

    What I need to know is if I need to use a primer like Kilz that has a sealer in it over new drywall. The primer w/sealer is twice as expensive as that without sealer. I would like to save the money if I don't need the sealer. Thanks
