    In the television series House. Has any one worked out what the actual cost of a

    typical patient would be ? In a typical episode, a patient spends 3-4 days in intensive care, has 4 full time doctors, plus numerous tests, operations etc. In the real world this must cost a small fortune ! Would insurance cover it ? Has anyone worked out how much roughly the cost would be ?
