    Why does my google chrome did giving me a error message?

    i load up google chrome and the first that happens is it says "The Web Page is Not Avaible" and when i click read error message it says "Error 102 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED): Unknown error" Anyone help me fix it
