    Should Cardio exercises be limited to 40 minutes a day?

    I keep reading that 45 - 60 minutes of cardio a day is all a person needs to do. Beyond 45-60min there are no results and you end up burning some muscle if you over-excercise. Can someone confirm? My routine is 3 - 4 times a week (depending on time) resistance exercises 5-6 days a week...
