Everything was working fine, then all of a sudden, Everytime i go to a page it autamatically scrolls down, I cant scroll up iether- it just goes back down. Even when I hold the scroll bar, goes back down. I restarted my computer, same thing, Its doing it on Firefox AND Google chrome!!?? Scanned...
