    I need help with foods and a gym workout!?

    I've joined the gym to lose some weight, 10kgs. I'll be going to the gym about 7.30am. What should I eat before I go to the gym? Also what should I have once I've worked out and going to work? Maybe a hard-boiled egg or something? Then for lunch (I usually only eat 3 rice wafers during the day)...
