    im having weird what seems like muscle spasms..?

    ive had this for over a day now and its around my waist, in or on my right side rib cage. it actually feels like soemthing's wriggling and it's not a pleasant feeling. it happens occasionally- every 10 minutes or so. does anyone have any ideas what this could be?
