    Question on phone and ipod electronics?

    is there something that i can do in order to get a new phone for free (by faking my old phone is broken)? i have an env2, and i was wondering if this is possible. same with ipod 3rd gen, mines almost broken, but it still barely works.

    Dell inspirion 1525: How do i get my media buttons to work with i?

    only the play/pause and stop buttons actually work, but the forward/next and rewind/back dont work. anyone know how to get the dell media buttons to work with itunes?
