    How to get Fallout 3 mods working?

    I bought Fallout 3 Goty for my Pc today, for the sole purpose of modding. I am having a lot of problems with getting them to work. I downloaded a few from the nexus, and put them in my data folder. Can someone give me step by step instructions on how to make the mods work?
