I purchased the brand naturally inspired wild yam root 405 mg @ vitamin world. How many and how often do I have to take it for birth control. I know I must take it twice daily everyday but do I take two pills which is abt 810 mg twice or do I take 4 pills which is about 1620 mg twice?
