    How can I get rid of fat, and tone myself better?

    I'm 5'5" and 125 pounds. I work out at the gym daily. I'm not completely out of shape but I'd really like to get rid of stomach fat. And I know that I can't spot tone, I've been going to the gym for a while now, and my stomach is still flabby and gross. I'd like it to be flat. I don't eat...
