ok i dont have a mac i have a toshiba laptop and it came with gadgets, you know those little things you put on the sie of the desktop that have like sticky notes and calculators and weather things. well i had to use system restore and now there just gone and i cant figure out how to get them...

i make youtube videos but i dont know how to do the squeaky voice? is there a program i need to buy or something or what do i do?? please help me.
