    What is a good exercise to tone my butt and thighs?

    Im a guy who has butt that is shaped like duck's butt. I have been lately doing jump rope for 12 minutes combined with other exercises. No matter what kind of exercise I do, my fat in the butt and thighs won't just go away. Any good exercise to tone my butt and thighs?
