    Hi everybody :) well i just recently joined the gym and am doing cardio but

    having a problem? plz advise :)? Hi im doing roughly about an hour and a half of cardio per day, five days a week. some days i even do more possibly two or two and a half hours. well i really am happy i joined the gym because not only am i tring to get fit but i also need to lose about a stone...
