Monday through friday i get up at five and run or do a p90x workout like kenpo, cardio or plyometrics. then after school i go to lift weights intensely. am i exercising too much?
What kind of training (conditioning and technique) do students (ages 15-17, if it makes a difference) do in a MMA gym that is taught by highly trained fighters/instructors? please include examples of exercises and what things are worked on mostly.
