Ever since I hit puberty, I've never worn anything other than sports bras. No wired bras or anything. Does this effect my breasts/anything else?

Just curious if there was any reason for it. My dogs always seemed to get wary of each other after they got groomed, sometimes even getting in fights. The 'used to' is because the older one recently passed away, but I wanted to ask the question anyway. I was always curious about it.
