Ok so im getting a cross adapter for my ps3 because the I want to use a xbox controller on it but I haven't got a wired xbox 360 controller and I though instead of buying one is it possible to attach a usb wire to it? (im not talking about the plug and play I don't think that works) or a Wired...

yes or no? and will it work on a cross fire adapter? if yes can you give me a link if possible to how its done? thanks
