    P90x without any cardio exercises? ?

    I'm pretty skinny. I'm 18, 5'8 and I weigh 130. I don't need to lose anymore weight. I am currently taking whey protein. If I just do the dvds on the days that I work my muscles(chest and back)(shoulders and arms)(legs and back) will it affect my results? I know I probably won't get the same...
