    "123 live help" message chat HELP !!?

    i recently downloaded 123live help chat for my website, when it was localy hosted ( on my computer) i could connect to it fine using the operator control panel how ever when i uploaded it to the website ( so others could access it) i cannot connect to it, any ideas what to do?
