    Allstate use of credit disclosure?

    I keep getting an Allstate use of Credit Information Disclosure in the mail (postal). Never have I once called them nor have used them, nor did I give them permission to pull my credit. Has anyone had any experience with this and done anything about it? Does it affect your credit?
