    Is looking dusty the new hip-hop fashion trend?

    I look at so many pictures of guys in hip-hop gear and they look dirty, dusty and like they haven't bathed in weeks. Their white tees look dingy and so does their skin. Was this inspired by some new rapper or something. It looks gross.
