    Alternative to going to the gym.?

    So, I pulled a muscle in leg, upper thigh area. Today was supposed to be my lower body work out day, I don't want to cause any more muscle injury, should I skip the gym and just do some in home yoga, or skip all activity? It's just a little sore but I've been walking on it all day anyway.

    EA Sports Active 2 Personal Trainer?

    Hi, I would just like to know if anyone has tried this game for Wii, and also would like to know if you enjoyed it/lost weight from it/ strength trained or if you didn't like it, please say why you felt that way. I just bought the game on amazon, and would like opinions on it.
