    the gym? :)? Basicly i'm a a bit overweight. im 5 foot 8 and 189lb. i want to lose a lot of weight and i was just wondering if this diet above is ok? if not how can it be improved? i have also started doing situps when i wake up and better i go to bed ; 20 each time . thanks for your time x
