    Am I exercising enough to at least not gain weight?

    Almost every day, I've been on the treadmill doing 45 minutes with no stops. I'll walk 5 minutes, light jog ( 5MPH ) for 5 minutes, walk another 5, then fast jog ( 6 MPH ), then sprint ( 10 MPH ) for one minute, and jog / walk the rest. I know that's really slow etc. I'm Asian, 5'8, and now...

    How long should I exercise each day?

    I usually go on the cycle machine for 30 minutes, pedaling around 80 RPMs and then get on the treadmill for 40 minutes, switching between speed 3 (Fast Walk) and 5 (Light Jog). Is that sufficient for one day?

    What is a way to keep comitted to exercise daily?

    Any ideas? I've had charts, lists, and I only own a treadmill. I just signed up for a gym membership, and I get 2 hours of a personal trainer.

    Why do I see few 3-speed bikes?

    I just recently bought a Globe / Specialized 3-speed bike for $650. I did some research online and found barely ANY modern 3-speeds. They are mostly vintage, and I'm feeling like I bought an odd bike. Any pointers from those Bike Pros out there?
