    What can I cook you today?

    You get to choose a three course meal; your absolute fave entree, main and dessert dishes. the one that tickles my fancy the most gets ten points =)

    cooking potato wedges or fries without butter/oil or salt?

    Cut up the potato in wedges and grill them, or put them in an oven tray and spray them with water and sprinkle herbs or something nice one them. Good luck!

    What kind of workout would I be getting with these dance classes?

    They are all 45 min classes Tuesday: 2X classical Contemporary Wednesday: Jazz Funk Friday: Hip Hop Breakdancing What kind of work out do these classes do? I am looking to tone up my stomach would this help me achieve this?
