We have to run the mile in gym. Four laps is the mile on our track. I can run a consecutive lap in 2:20, but I can't keep that up consistently. How should I pace myself on each lap to get a good time? Like should I run 3/4 of the lap each time?
I know how to make the whole picture have a color tint, but I don't know to just add color tint to one section. I use the adobe photoshop and also picnik.
