    Purdue app Forgot Guidance Counselor form, still ok?

    Im a high school senior applying to purdue university, i sent everything in but forgot to get add my high school guidance counselor form, its almost the deadline now, do i need to send that in or will i be ok, in my app status it says i have everything received. what should i do?
