    Sometimes when I download a picture, Windows Gallery pops up and says that "Photo...

    ...Gallery can't open this pic"? "This file format is not supported, or you don't have the latest updates to Photo Gallery." The picture I am trying to open is jpg form. Is there any other "picture viewer" that I will be able to use to view jpg format? Any and all help is appreciated!
