    Hooke's law question?

According to Hooke's law, an ideal spring (what you're dealing with) exerts a force that ONLY depends on the extension of the spring, not the length. So as far as you are concerned, the length of the spring has no impact on the force.

    Prolem with Newton's law?

    Centripetal Force F=mv^2 / r mass of the car = 36kN / g = 36kN/9.81m/s^2 = 3669.27kg 36 km/hr = 10m/s F = 3669.27kg * (10m/s)^2 / 580m = 632.63 N
