    How do I make this gif image smaller in size?

    Art School or a University?

    Uni gives you a better education, but Art school is something you can choose about yourself. If you love art, then you should to art school, but if you want a good education and high achievements, then i suggest University. Just do what you want to do, don't let random people on this website...
