    How to get an injunction to prevent a NJ landlord from locking out a tenant?

    The landlord has changed the locks to the house, didn't give keys to tenants, doesn't lock them yet, but said he would on the 1st. He has no court order of eviction. Which court and which part to go to? What to file? How much does it cost?
