    2003 HOnda Element. At about 68-70 mph, when the rpm needle hits 3, my car starts to

    lurch and buck? like a crazed bronco. The rpm needle drops & hitting the gas doesn't make the car go. Eventually, if i let off the gas, the car will engage and seem normal. Someone help me -- I can't afford to get ripped off by a mechanic.
