I am having problems actually find what the law states on this.
I know what the law means. But I want to know what the law literally states-- I can not find it.
We have a 2 1/2 yr old, a 4 yr old, and another baby due in June. Trying to find a good priced car (trying to stay around $8000). But also tryin to consider MPG and convenience. Any ideas???
