    I never received a actual subpoena, but the agent did call me. do i have to go to court?

    I have gotten a phone call about a subpoena being issued, i gave the processor my home and work address, but i never recived an subpoena, now he just called to tell me, im being subpoenaed and i better show up in court. do i have to go?
