reliability technician? in a waste water sanitation district setting.
what do they each basically do every day on the job?
what do they generally make an hour$?
is it a 9 to 5 job?
would i get more out of them if i squatted down slowly and held that position until i felt a burn..and then slowly rose up?
or should i slowly lower myself and once i get down slowly come back up without holding it?
