What does Merlin the magician have to do with Photoshop?

I have to paint a very specific design on 300 foam visors for a wedding party. I'm not sure what type of paint to use because some paint actually doesn't absorb/dry right on it without peeling. what kind of paint should I use on these? The foam is VERY similar to childrens craft foam.
