    Do arrest warrants get dropped after so many years of you not being arrested?

    My husband is convinced for some reason that if you have a warrant out for say a speeding ticket that you didn't pay, if you live so far away they wouldn't arrest you in another state for it, he thinks like after 20 years of not catching you they just drop the warrant. Is this true? I do not...
