Ok i have a DVR attached to my TV in my living room. On my TV upstairs i just have basic cable (channels 1-98.) How can i get All channels Like on my TV in my living room.
when i am talking on the phone and next to my computer and the signal/sound on it sounds echoed and crackling and i can barely make out what they are saying. what might be the problem?
