    Whats a good sports workout routine for basketball?

    Im pretty skinny and i would like to add some mass and increase my explosive power and strength. Im not trying to be a bodybuilder so i dont think i should be doing split routines? Can somebody give me some advice and possibly a sample workout routine?

    How often do they run in the army for training?

    What kind of workouts do they do to build muscle? How often do they eat? I heard they feed you well. Also wouldnt a lot of running eat away some of your muscle?
