I have a 2002 single overhead cam and cannot find one used. I have found several duel overhead cam engines. Is it possible to put a duel overhead cam in this car if it came out with a single over head cam?

I have a ford focus 2002 that blew the head gaskets. I have had them replaced but the car is still running hot. Not too bad though. The heat gauge went up about 30 minutes after I got it back from the mechanic. Went up about 3/4 too tacked out and then went back down to halfway and stayed but...
