I'm thinking to go to Oceanside Pier and try fishing there at night, but if anyone knows or has been fishing there before can you give me any advice. Like if I should use glow in the dark sticks, use lures, nightcrawlers, does type of things. And if I should just let my line float in the water...

I've been fishing at Lake Hemet, so far no luck. So I'm trying to find other lakes with lots of fish with no limits to them. Anyways I live in Hemet in California. If anyone knows a great lake to fish at that is at least within a 5 hour drive I'll be willing to hear them, thanks.
